Have you ever felt like you should definitely do something, made a huge decision, threw yourself into uncertainty because you knew it was the right thing…and then nothing? It didn’t immediately work out. Whatever your expectations were became distant dreams but you still knew it was the right thing. For Michael and Heather, that’s what their journey into international adoption has been. Lots of hope, lots of disappointment, but a confidence along the way that made putting one foot in front of the other always the right thing to do. From closing adoption agencies, to slow paperwork, to months of waiting, this sweet couple has navigated a hard road because they knew their baby girl was waiting for them on the other side.
