I don’t understand grief or loss. Pain that is triggered by a song, street, place as a memory you thought you’d stuffed down suddenly shoots to the front of your mind. I don’t think we’ll understand it in this life. But I know we’ll experience it. All of us. And something about the holidays stirs up those memories, subtlety forcing us to live what we just want to forget. I asked my friend Don Wilson to sit down with us again because this subject requires someone who has walked through it and directed others in it. Here’s No One Told Me Grief Is Healing.
