Some people forget to eat and some people plan every single meal down to the mashed cauliflower with cheese substitute sprinkled on top. I’ve fallen in both categories. Our relationship with food, good or bad, runs over into much of our lives. But what if we stopped looking at food with the mindset of good or bad, healthy or unhealthy. Maybe this topic doesn’t necessarily strike a chord with you but I would be willing to guarantee someone in your life struggles with their view of food and, in turn, their view of themselves.
